So let me be clear, as a new, but multiple-time purchaser on this site: Steve could not have possibly been more helpful or professional handling my order. I received a message from him within ten minutes of purchasing. He shipped my purchase immediately, provided me the tracking number and expected delivery date, and genuinely wanted confirmation that it arrived safely, which it did, of course.
