Good communication and decent packaging, but seller stopped responding after I notified him that 1/4 of the bottle had leaked into the box. Packaging was okay but bottle was not properly wrapped. Only a loose zip tie was used. Don’t expect any level of responsibility or response if something happens to your box, otherwise buyer is kind and communicative. Unfortunate situation that was handled poorly by the seller. Proceed with caution.

Had a bottle get crushed in the packaging and leaked all over to the point where USPS had to wrap the box in a safety bag with a sorry note on it. Seller disappeared and I had to reach out multiple times and involve MBC before this guy would even respond. When he had no choice but to respond, he would dodge every reason to provide any type of help or even talk about helping in any way shape or form. He just stuck to not being responsible for the break even though MBC had stated that either a refund/replacement is the expectation. I would have been happy with a partial refund, replacement at an additional cost, or something. But the seller wasn't no part of being a good person. Don't expect much in terms of customer service or any type of decency/responsibility for that matter if you have a bottle break on you from this seller. Avoid at all costs to save yourself the trouble.
