I told the buyer immediately the two of my cans fell and got damaged. I did not know he was going to be so upset. The right thing of me was to tell him right away not to pay me so he would not lose any funds and so he can avoid the inconvenience. I always buy Monkish and ship my items right away. I do not understand why he left me a bad rating when I actually did him a favor for letting him know so we wouldn't receive a partial order.
