Seller did a horrible job of packaging which resulted in a shattered bottle and a second that leaked out a 1/3 of its contents. Seller offered to replace one of the bottles but I was seeking a refund. I was willing to take a hit on the leaked bottle and just request a refund on the other, but to no avail. Truth be told, it was such a mess when received that I threw everything out without taking photos. I had no reason to be cheating the seller in any way given my history of purchases with him, which he even acknowledged. That being said, 2 months had gone by while seller was "looking into the claims process", which I mentioned to him numerous times was a waste of time, but wanted to be open minded to the fact. After two months of patiently waiting and loosely communication, I attempted to work out an alternate resolution to the situation. Seller suddenly became busy and replies became nonexistent, eventually resulting in the seller cutting off all ties. I wanted to continue business with seller after working out a resolution, but his current actions drive me to think otherwise. Good seller, but a bit short on responsibility, or perhaps patience. I commend him on owning up to the situation initially and offering to resend a free bottle replacement, but when you end up cuting off all ties and leave your buyer in the dark during the process of finding a resolution that works for the both of us: it basically negates your original actions. In short, will not do business with seller again unfortunately. Seller will run away from issues when faced with a resolution that requires a second thought. Future Buyers Beware.

The shipping box was a poor choice and tore at the corner, from top to bottom. I was lucky and dodged a bullet there. The seller shipped quickly and nothing ended up damaged.
