MBC Charitable Works

(6/1/18) - AS it has been some time since providing any updates wanted to let users know that this remains active. Recipients of MBC charitable donations include the following: 

- No Barriers USA

- A family homeless shelter local to MBC

- Many donorschoose.org projects throughout the year

- Big Green - gardens and wellness for schools

- Second Harvest food banks

- St Jude's Hospital

- Brews for New Avenues

(11/30/17) - Thanks to those that responded for the Tuesday donation survey. 

Going forward, we are keen for MBC users to select a charity each month. A portion of sales will be donated to this user-generated charity. You are welcome to suggest your favorite charity. If you feel strongly or have a personal connection please Message us.

(11/27/17) - To kick off the holiday season of giving and #GivingTuesday MyBeerCollectibles is going to donate all funds generated from users today (11/28) to a crowdsourced charity. We will provide a link to a survey for you, our users, to choose your favorite charity. 

After today, MBC plans to choose a different charity each month to donate a portion of future proceeds. MBC also wants to highlight some donorschoose.org projects from time to time for any users that are in a giving mood to help out our schools. 

We are very excited about this initiative and would love any input you might have. What we do here on this website we have always considered a luxury. We think it is very fitting and our civic duty to give a little something back when we can.
